Privacy
bermee.com sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers. The only personal data it holds is what you type into a form.
Who is responsible
Klek Consulting LLC, a Florida limited liability company in Tampa, Florida, operates bermee.com and is the data controller. Contact: the contact form.
What the forms collect, and why
| Form | Fields | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Get notified (Watch, Category) | email, optional brand or organisation, agency flag, consent time, the page you sent it from | To email you once when the issue or the plan opens |
| Enquiries (Commission, Sponsored category, Agency license) | email, organisation, consent time, page | To reply to your enquiry |
| Request a country or category | email, role, optional company, country, category, whether you would commission | To count requests publicly (counts only, never emails) and to tell you when it opens |
Every submission stores a one-way hash of your IP address with a server-side salt, used only to limit abuse. The raw address is never stored. Each form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process your browser’s request to tell people from bots; Turnstile sets no cookies on bermee.com.
Signing in
An account is optional. You sign up with your work email, confirm it with one emailed link and set a password; after that you log in with your email and password. Passwords are stored by our authentication provider (Supabase) as one-way hashes; we never see them. We store your name, work email, company, role, categories of interest and your answer to the $39 question, to give you access and to tell you about new issues. If you sign in, your browser stores a session token locally; it is not a cookie and is removed when you sign out.
Analytics
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not fingerprint you; it records page views, the page that sent you, country and device type in aggregate. We cannot see who you are from it.
Retention and your rights
Form data is kept until the purpose ends — the notification is sent, the enquiry is answered, the request is counted — and in any case deleted on request. Use the contact form to see, correct or delete what we hold about you; we answer within 30 days.
