What you may use, and how

Your brand’s rank card may be shared unaltered, with the issue number and the verification address it carries. Use of a rank or the Bermee mark in advertising, packaging, press releases or sales material needs a license.

• Headline tables and the method (the leaderboard per category, the “Also named” block, the headline CSV, the method page) are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0. Attribute as “Bermee Index, bermee.com” and name the issue.
• Everything else — brand-page depth, source maps beyond the headline, full datasets, the wordmark and the mark — is ours or our licensors’ and may be used only under a license we grant in writing. Reproduction rights for tables and the mark sit in the Agency license.
• A client report’s tables may be reproduced in the buyer’s client and internal material with the issue number and the verification address.
• You may quote the site for comment, news and research with attribution.

What the numbers are

Every published number is a measurement of what 5 AI systems answered during a stated period, under the published method, with its confidence interval and sample size. It is not advice, a prediction, or a statement about a product’s quality. We state what moved and by how much, never why.

Independence of the index

Nothing anyone pays for — Watch, Category, a commission, a sponsorship or a license — changes a rank, a confidence interval or a movement flag. Brands named in a category, their parents and their agencies cannot sponsor that category.

Forms and accounts

There are no accounts in this version of the site. Forms are described in the privacy page. Paid plans, when they open, carry their own terms at checkout.

Liability

The site and its data are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of a published number. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. We may update them; the date below changes when we do.
